There is a mix, but Buckhead tends to be a more expensive place to live, so most people who live there have decent incomes to be able to afford it. You will find a pretty wide age range as well.

Old money...ritzy. I went to highschool in Buckhead...But at night Buckhead is awesome! But the people who actually live there are mostly Old money, some new money, beautiful houses!

You don't have to have an income verification to live in Buckhead. It's old money there, but there are a lot of new and hip places being built that caters to a wider range of incomes.
