It's hard to know. Intuition helps, but time will be what proves it to me. Most of my relationships did not last long, and if they did, he was cheating on me.
The right person is different for everyone, but I am looking for someone that can also be a best friend to me. I am a twin, and my sister and I are very close. Socially, no matter what, I have to be around other people; I cannot stand to be alone. But I cannot live with my sister forever, so I will need someone who can replace her position in my life.

You honestly don't know. I mean you always "think" that you know. But in all actuality you don't know until dating them for a while.
In time; you will learn if that person is "the one".
I was with a guy from the age of 17 until I was 22, I could have swore on my own grave that he was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with; ya know "the one".
Boy was I wrong, turned out to be the biggest *** I could have ever met.
Just take your time; MAKE sure it's what YOU want & then go for it.

well first of all you have to consider something,
how long have u guys been together?
if its long then u can start considering.
can u act like urself around that person, can you laugh at stupid things, do you get along together, are ut trusting to eachtoher, are they all you think about. theres alot of things, you cant conclude love into a few words or even if someone is right for you. you have to figure this one out for you.

I think I know and then I don't so technically I don't know but. I suspect you will know eventually. it will be hard to miss. .... but if not you will end up living alone with 5 million cats and filling up bird feeders to talk to the birds to keep you company. ... but someone is out there you just have to find them.... or let them find you

it takes time to get to realy know someone.. just dont hurry it,, nobody can be just right for a long period of time .. it takes time for the real person to come out.. we men sometimes put onm show but we cant put on a show for long.. we gotta be who we realy are eventually

You talk to them and get to know them. Go with whatever instinct that you have in regards to how you feel. Don't lie to yourself and talk yourself into liking someone when you know that it isn't right.
