This man told me he was in love with me but then we broke up !
We still see eachother and things .Can a man be in love and act like he not ? he tells me he feels like he cant love any more .
I think he dose love me but dose not want to tell me .
If a man loves a woman how can a woman get it out of him?
How can i get this man to tell me he loves me or to leave out of his life for good ! We been going thought this for 5 months now .
I am hurting because i do love him !

He may very well be in love and not want to make any commitment to you. This is not unusual. You might try making it clear that if he were to reveal his feelings there would be no strings attached.
Men are notorious for shoving their feelings. They often step back from their deepest emotions. Unfortunately society has not very well equipped them to handle them. We, as women, can sometimes help them to get in touch with what they are feeling and to express it if we provide a safe way for them to be vulnerable.
What he needs to know is that any revelation of his feelings for you will not mean that you expect him to make a commitment. Men seem to think the two are forever and tragically joined together.

You should tell him that he needs to decide if he wants a relationship with you or not. If the answer is no - then you need to move on. You cannot force some one to love you.
I'm not saying it will be easy. It may be one of the toughest things you are going to do, but be strong and follow through.
