Depending on her personality, you might freak her out by coming on so strong with all that 'i love you to death' stuff and the 'always be there' and 'permanent' talk. Maybe just give her some flowers or chocolate with a little I love you note that doesn't mention death or permenancy.

The best way to tell someone you love someone is by showing them. The greatest kind of love is when a sacrifice is made. Do something that shows her you went out your way/time to do this for her. You know her best.. you could probably think of some things..the little details about what she likes/ wants/ or talks about are greatly appreciated, because they show that you do care and listen. I would usually say dont tell her, show her, but I think you should do bothe. The best thing to do is to show her you care. Listen to her even if its nothing but complaints. Tell her you lover her, tell her how much you love her. Show her you love her and tell her. Best of luck.
