The bones in canned salmon provide calcium. I always smash them with a fork and mix with the meat of the salmon before preparation.

Haha, nice one. Anyways...yeah drink Milk, especially since you can, Im lactose intolerant and cant lol.

Oh if you arent a fan of drinking milk,i suggest taking a vitamin with Magnesium, and Calcium.

Guys, I think he's referring to fish bones. I've actually heard it works, but it was so long ago that I'm not sure if it's true. I just take calcium supplements.

It depends on the bones. Bones such as canned sardines and/or salmon are actually very good for you. Other bones I wouldnt bother with.

Dont eat the bone but i heard that the marrow (although pretty nasty) is good for you.

Jello is made of bones if this is what you are referring to and it is protein based.
