I'm kind of bad at talking to people and we go to different schools now . I just started talking to him again like two weeks ago. I have never asked anyone out or anything so I don't know what to do! He is really nice but I don't really know how to tell if he likes me or not.

just tell him straight up, "you wanna have sex" if he says no than he dont like you and if he says yes than your in. good luck!

give him complements and show him that you like him, but don't be too foward. and if you have enough confidence you can just ask him during regular conversation. ask him if he wants to hangout somewhere and as a friend he'll say yeah but depending on how he acts, tha's how you know if he likes you or not. good luck

first open up with him and talk his liking disliking etc.
After few days appreciate his good qualities.
after few days say that "You are such a nice person that
your partner would be lucky"
afer you are open up say "If you dont mind I want to say you something"
At his yes say slowly and in a descent way .........
Never take anybody's help.Talk directly.
Those who cannot express loses everything in this.
