i love him like my best friend. and he loves me like he wants me to be his wife. so i kinda let him think there is a chance because i don't want to lose his friendship.

No, I think you shouldn't do anything your not ready for. You know he wants more, but are you willing to give that to him? I'm pretty sure you don't want to be in a situation, that you don't want to be in. If there was sex involved in the past, and it didn't hurt the relationship then, back off because adding more sex will make the a bad experience. Good luck make the right decision

Hey :( the most horrible thing happened to me tonight one of my really good guy friends came up my house and he was putting his hands on me and stuff and i kept telling him to stop and he kept putting his hands on me and i felt horrible..i cried..dont lead him on and let him think that. He could do what i just told you about or something.. and i dont ever wanna talk to him again..im sure you dont want to loose a good friendship so tell him how you feel! Best of luck..Regina

well i was friends with this girl for like 6 years...then i wanted to be more than friends...she kept saying thered be a chance but then finally told me after about 8 months of not trying to ruin our friendship that we were just friends and was leading me on so our friendship wouldnt be ruined...that hurt, and were not friends anymore....i would tell him now that your just friends...if he loves you like he says hell understand... good luck ~dave~

OF COURSE YALL CAN BE FRIENDS!! u just need 2 tell him that u have no intention of being w/ him if he doesnt want 2 be ur friend after that well then he wasnt a good enough friend 4 u anyway

Well you have to tell him that you are only interested in him as a friend and nothing more and you have to make that clear. You're leading him on, and it's not fair to him or you. If he's really your friend, he'd respect your decision to just want to be friends.

You Can still be friends! Just when it gets a little touchy feely stand up for your right, say it out straight to the guy and state that you just want to be friends, if he can't handle that, its his fault not yours, you kow what you want and what he cant have. remember no. 1 is yourself.
