Albinos have no pigment in their skin, hair or eyes. Their skin appears pink because the red color of blood shows up through the skin as pink. The same thing causes their eyes to look red. Their hair is not white, but clear, and only appears white. So you could not have a black cat that is albino.

Its not Black if it is an albino. Albinoism is an absence of color. A BB, BB parent set of Black cats with the Black fur traits can have an Albino due to an error in Meiosis.

No. If your cat is black and has red/foggy eyes & you think it's albino, you're very wrong. It's a very serious eye problem, possibly Ulcers which is now so far infected the only thing to do is probably removing.

Never heard of it. Albinos have pink eyes and white skin. Even human black albinos still have the pink eyes and sort of white skin and yellowish hair. They are very sensitive to light/sun.
