i heard that it is less the 1 % away from being plastic. i also heard that it is cancerous. i am not sure that it is true but my family stopped using the spray anyway just in case. i hope this helped you.

It is too good to be true :-) In fact, if you do some looking at the "recommended serving size", you'll see that most of these spray cans have an unrealistic serving size (way too small), so they then claim "no fat"...

They are usually composed of silicon based surfactants, oils, etc. Not really that healthy to be honest with you.

Its made of real butter with honey in it they just say lowfat to make you buy it
