Hello,i cant tell you any clubs in se London but if you're interested in martial arts then any will teach you discipline, give you confidence and if you like to fight, then this will be in a controlled envioroment with supervision,i Train in Kyosho jujitsu but we also implement kickboxing,Muay thai, boxing training,Karate and a little street fighting,Judo is a major part of jujitsu and is a very skilled and rewarding martial art,all need a level of fitness and demand that you do this through willpower and be willing to push yourself further every time you want to grade for a new belt, kickboxing is a good sport, with a lot of cardio and circiut work as you will need to get fit to get the most out of it,and the best way to do this is just find a club get in and get started,i always found in any of the clubs i've visited in scotland that most martial arts guys, new and the experienced are great to be around and always friendly as we train to fight, but are also disiplined, and can control ourselfs rather than walk around thinking were hard, kickboxing is a good choice, but i would be biased and recomend a good jujitsu,MMA club and get some all round fight skills, its all right being able to box and kick, but if someone grabs you from behind or has you on the deck, whats you're next move?I hope this has been a help.Good luck.
