My girlfriend lives 1 hour and 30 minutes away from. Valentine's day falls on a Wednesday so I won't be able to spend it with her.
I'm planning of sending her a really cute gift with some chocolates, a stuffed animal, and a rose. She'll be receiving it in School! During Class! Lol All her classmates will see and she might blush or something. Lol Does that sound good?

If your going to get your girlfriend chocolate, just make sure they're the one's she likes...not those nasty chocolates...unless those are the one's she likes. Other than that, the stuffed animal and rose are great ideas.
