Super easy & super good!!! In an 8x13 in pan, layer ice cream sandwiches, poke holes in them & drizzle chocolate syrup all over...repeat another layer. Then put Cool Whip all over, drizzle with chocolate syrup & freeze. I make it all the time & people love it.

I have the most wonderfully decadent looking and tasting dessert. I got it from the chef at a very upper class restaurant.

Sour cream
Brown Sugar
Liquer (Grand Marnier is best)

If you take a cup of sour cream, add about 2 heaping Tablespoons of sugar and see how you like it. Add more to your taste preference.

Add about a teaspoon of liquer. I found it was important not to overdo the GM because it really does affect the taste. Try just a little and add a few drops at a time until you get the taste you like.

The amounts are only suggestions, you can mix and match however your tastebuds require.

You can pour into the bottom of a dessert bowl and place fresh strawberries on top or just pour the mixture over strawberries (or any other fruit you like) Ohmigosh, I made my mouth water. It is so deliciouos and sooooo expensive if you get it in the restaurant. Enjoy

Place aluminium foil in a biscuit tray, then line with thin rectangular biscuits . Whip a large container of cream until thick, add 1 tin of condensed milk, and a crushed Violet Crumble. Pour the mixture over the biscuits, then place more biscuits on the top - making sure that the biscuits are in the same position as the ones on the bottom layer. Place in the freezer. Use a knife to cut away each portion. They are easy and delicious, but not too good for the wasteline. They are like miniature Giant Sandwiches. You may need 2 trays as there is a lot of mixture.

3-2-1 pecans:
They're not really a desert but they taste great!
You need 3 cups of pecans, 2 cups of sugar, and 1 cup of water. Put all of the ingredients into a skillet or frying pan. Boil the mixture until all the water has evaporated. Make sure you stir while it's cooking so that the sugar is evenly coated on the pecans and doesn't stick to the pan. After bubbling for a long while over a low flame, the water will evaporate and you need to spread the sugared pecans over a cookie sheet to cool and dry off. Viola, yummy treats

Fruit Crisp

1 can fruit pie filling (apple, or cherry, or peach, or blueberry etc.)
1 small package Jiffy yellow cake mix
1 stick butter or margarine

Pour fruit filling in bottom of 8x8 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly on top. Melt butter and pour evenly over top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees, or until brown.

Nice fall/winter comfort food, like a mini fruit cobbler. Can serve with ice cream or whipped topping.

The Sahara? JK
Seriously, chocolate? I love this one, and it's very easy;

No bake chocolate cookies
1/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3 to 4 tablespoons peanut butter, optional
3 cups oats, quick or old-fashioned
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION:
Place chocolate chips, peanut butter (if used), oats, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Combine the margarine, milk, and sugar in a saucepan; bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute. Combine the hot mixture with the oatmeal and chocolate chip mixture; stir well. Drop onto waxed paper.

Another Favorite:

Layered Cookie Bars

1 stick butter
1 pkg. graham cracker crumbs (1 1/2 c.)
1 sm. pkg. butterscotch chips
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 sm. can coconut
1 c. pecans
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan; sprinkle crumbs over butter. Layer chips, coconut and pecans. Save a little coconut and pecans for top. Put Eagle Brand over top, then sprinkle coconut and pecans on top and bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.

Well, anything that comes in a mix is pretty easy. So, a cake, brownies, muffins, pastry bread (banana nut, etc) or some of the newer mixes like lemon squares, seven layer bars, fudge, etc. Just check what your local supermarket has to offer. Otherwise, maybe make something with Jell-O. It's super easy to make. You could pour chocolate Jell-O into a graham cracker crumb crust, and top with whipped cream for chocolate pudding pie. That's really easy. Practically all store bought. Also, if you wanted to make a fruit pie, you can get pretty good store bought crusts, and just add your own filling of choice.

Fruit pizza is quick easy and impressive.
Just take a frozen roll of sugar cooking dough, shape it into a large round pizza shape and bake it until golden brown. As it cools, take some softened cream cheese (8oz.) and mix it with 1/3rd cup of sugar and a 2 teaspoons of vanilla. Mix it until nice and creamy. Spread it on the cooled cookie. The place on top of the cookie your favorite fruits, either fresh, canned, or thawed frozen fruit. Just make sure everything is well drained. You can make a design, or just throw it all together like a pizza with everything.
