It depends what your goal is...Is she overweight? skinny? What are you trying to accomplish?
Anything too harsh and drastic is never a good thing for humans and for other creatures. She may seem to enjoy it but remember being a dog, she is trying to please you. Because of her dog nature she is totally dedicated to you.
You got to come up with a training program, with some conditionning...week 1...walk X amount of minutes etc, week 2 walk XX amount of minutes, week 3 XXX amount of minutes etc etc...also adjust the diet to provide top quality.
With time, she will become able to do more and her level of fitness will improve...

Your question is kind of hard to understand. Is she jumping a hurtle or just straight up in the air? 3 1/2 feet is a little high for most dogs especially if they are over weight. They can seriously injure themselves if they jump too high. More details would be helpful.

I hope you don't expect any worthwhile answers to such an uninformative question.
What breed of dog?
How old?
What does "she is not fit" mean exactly?
You don't know a whole lot about dogs, do you, if you think the dog wouldn't do it if she didn't like it.

If she is overweight, I wouldn't do it. Can you jump that high? Just remember, without proper conditioning, you are hurting her joints, causing problems later in life.

if she likes it, then no problem... if she doesn't like it, try making her jog a little more to help her get fit before you go back to jumping.

If she likes it I would keep doing it, just don't get her to tired out, and offer her lots of water to drink during her breaks.
