20 U.S. service members killed in Iraq By ROUE, Press

BAGHDAD, Iraq - At least 20 American service personnel were killed in military operations Saturday in one of the deadliest days for U.S. forces since the Iraq war began, and authorities also announced two U.S. combat deaths from the previous day.

The day's worst loss came from the crash of a U.S. Army helicopter northeast of Baghdad that killed 13 service members. Another attack Saturday night blamed on militiamen in the city of Karbala killed five soldiers. Roadside bombs killed another soldier in the capital and one in Nineveh province north of Baghdad.

The military gave alot of information on the crash of the Black Hawk during good weather in Diyala province, where U.S. and Iraqi forces have been battling Sunni insurgents and Shiite militias around the city of Baqouba for months. The Military stated the aircraft was shot down.

I don't know why all of this is happening. Bush said "mission accomplished" and declared major combat operations in Iraq were over. .

the U. S. does not hate it extremely is infantrymen, fringe communities (in many situations on the Left do) yet as an entire it does not. concerning Bush lies - back, it extremely is pap that holds no connection to certainty. The Senate Intelligence record and the Butler record have shown that there have been no lies, there replaced into improper intelligence, sure (on which lots of the main powers have been incorrect on - France, Russia, Germany, etc all believed the intelligence to be precise) - yet no deceit. people who declare lies gain this for in basic terms partisan reasons. As to the activity being performed - it extremely is a robust fulfillment via the criteria of all previous wars in human historic past. regarding the international war on terror - 40% of the international's jihadi inhabitants is ineffective, no longer imprisoned, yet ineffective. that's outstanding, I mentioned ineffective, and an significant huge variety greater are imprisoned. Being a jihadi at present is a risky agency (existence expectancy isn't long) so recruitment for the jihadist flow has hit an rock bottom, and those they do recruit are unwell-skilled and function a tendency to die or be captured promptly. concerning Iraq - at present there have been comments captured in distinctive raids that prepare the insurgency is hectic approximately it extremely is destiny. money that have been as quickly as flowing into the insurgency have faded to risky stages, skilled insurgents are a dieing breed (captured or killed), and recruitment for the insurgency has replace right into a puzzling activity by way of dwindling loss of help the insurgency is getting among the Iraqi inhabitants. So all in all - the U. S. militia are doing a good looking activity. do no longer permit the Left the two here interior the solutions you spot and the rustic at super, get you down - alot of them are only re-residing the attention days of the recent Left flow from the Vietnam war (and as in that war, our enemy manipulates them like puppets).

You need to stop changing news wire reports for your bias questions. below is the AP report

"Lt. Col. Josslyn Aberle, a U.S. spokeswoman, said the cause of the crash had not been determined. Navy Capt. Frank Pascual, a member of a U.S. media relations team in the United Arab Emirates, told Al-Arabiya television that the helicopter was believed to have suffered technical troubles before going down."

The military did not state the A/C was shot down. Changing the quote to reach an agenda and trying to sound as if it is fact is a dis-service to those involved and their families.

Get your facts straight.

Are you working for or associated with the Al-Jazeera Propaganda network, AL-Qaeda, or just plain anti-American? I'm always pleased when the USA defeats and destroys the terrorists anywhere and everywhere in the world. War is a fact of life and will be until the end times. The sooner that ALL US CITIZENS (Democrat or Republican) comes to grips with this necessary evil and commits to the long battles ahead the better for all concerned.

GOD BLESS THE USA!

I can't say that we're happy. I'm going to say that weather or not you agree with the war you want to be supportive of the young men and women who are over there fighting. They may not know what they're fight for or even who, but they are there and deserve better. I don't have any family over there any more, but I would hate to be the parent of a soldier who's son or daughter was over there. It's not a place I'd want to be. I'm against this war, and I feel sorry for the kids that are over there, but I don't want to see anyone die. So they personally have my support, though the government does not.

because they chose to go and fight this war. every soldier raised his or her hand and volunteered to go wherever the threat is anywhere in the world. they are reenlisting to stay over ther and fight so you can have freedom to be a successful ccareerperson or the right to be a jerk.. anyway its all about the freedom...as spoken from a combat veteran of two wars and I am PROUD to be an american...
