U can't , u have to wait until he comes around. But if u are desperate u can let him know how u feel, but u might scare him away. Good luck

It would be best if you were to just pull him aside one day, get him so that you and him are just talking. And say, "Hey, I love you alot, but I have an idea, let's move on in our relationship, I am ready to take it to the next step if you are!"
Something like that will do the trick, and you should be having a good relationship after that!

Do you mean like getting intimate? Sit down, talk to him, make sure you're both mature enough to accept consquences (like a child) and then go from there.
If you mean by breaking up, well... be honest with him. He deserves the truth.
