Use eChecks if you're dealing with a reliable site, though PokerStars just lost their eCheck capability.

Be careful with this. Make sure that any service that you use is legit. Neteller's withdrawal will lead to tons of scammers who can (and will) take deposits and close up shop. Read reliable forums and reviews to make sure you're dealing with a real organization.
