The bases have changed over the years; it's been so long since I heard that, I don't know. Intercourse might be first base by now, for all I know.

First base is kissing, second base is fondling above the clothes, third base is pretty much everything "except" going all-the-way, and home base is actually scoring.

different ppl have different bases. for my friend, jake, its the four f's:
1st - french
2nd - foreplay
3rd - finger
4th - ****
for me its this:
1st - holding hands/frenching
2nd - kissing more
3rd - oral
4th - sex
its basically the same thing for everyone.
for most people first is almost always kissing.
and i havent gotten past 2nd, cuz im only 12, but yeah. just so you know. lol. hope this helps. =}
