Depends on exactly how blond...Does it look blond? How light? Light brown i guess is just light brown and may be sometimes considered brunette.

Well you said it in the question it's LIGHT BROWN or a lighter form of brunette hair. But in your case I would say blonde cuz you are acting like a stupid blonde.

Hi. There are about nine Jillian shades of brown. I guess you need to see if your talking about light golden brown, light reddish brown, or just light natural brown. The names explain them self. I know that I color my hair light golden brown. For some companies that same color is a dark blond. Brown is also a shade that you can have fun with because you can take those liberties if you use a semi permanent color. I hope that answers your question.

i would call it both, but is it just one colour or are there streaks in it? i have light brown with mixture of blonde and honey brown so i go more for blonde but pass as a brunette

It just depends. People believe that dark blonde hair is light brown. You will be amazed at what really is blonde and what is brown.
