A sloping Mountain about 8.000 feet that descends in to a Valley with a body of water beneath it,... is my ideal landscape. I'm lucky and live in such a place and enjoy the thrill I get viewing such a site every day. Deer come down to the Valley during the Winter and the Farmers set out grass for them and it's quite a site to see. The fishing is awesome year round and the skiing is great, which includes snowboarding and all winter sports.

My favorite landscape is similar to what MotherNature's answer described I think..for me it would be specifically the Redwood Forest in northern California. I think I read somewhere that it has been called Nature's Cathedral, and to me it inspires all the feelings that manmade cathedrals are made to and long to inspire..I've only dreamed of and imagined going there and it is already my favorite place and landscape..a close second is the landscape of Glacier National Park and I have actually been there-- it is an incredible place, full of plant life, mountains, glaciers, and wild life. It is an enchanting and powerful place

My favorite landscapes are the mountains and the oceans. I like alot of green plants and trees. More life, more oxygen and prettier.The desert can be pretty in a hard kind of way, but its not for me. The mountains are especially nice in the fall with all the flaming colors of the trees.

Old Growth Forests..
Because the air is so pure, the trees are mammoth and the creatures are so beautiful.
