I make instant coffee and add alot of milk and ice. I drink ice tea everyday, though NO sugar and a strong tea flavor preferred for me. I've been drinking tea this way as long as I can remember and I'm American

I'm from Canada myself and love both, but coffee is preferred in the morning with sugar, or a hazlenut international creamer. Mint tea in the evening is very relaxing.

Tea-if its herbal, with honey, if it's spice, with tiny splash of milk and honey (I drink that few times a week.
Coffee-I don't drink much since it gives me heartburns, but I drink Ice Coffee sometimes in the summer with cream and sugar size small.
