Desperation isn't appealing. Give it time...approach girls you like and get to know them. You've got to put for the effort, and confidence is very appealing.

I'm going to warn you hommes, I've been there too. The main thing is DON'T SHOW THAT YOU DO SO BADLY. What I mean is let it happen, but don't rush or force it. For example, if you are talking to a girl (<--Like you talk a lot at school and/or on the phone or something) just don't rush it. They will come to you. However, DO NOT SIT BACK FOREVER AND BE SCARED AND THEN LET IT PASS YOU BY. What I mean by that is if you like her and you think she likes you too, ask her if she would like to go see a movie or something (the both of you like to do/have in common). You can say something like "hey I think you're really sweet and I like to hang wit you. Do you wanna go____?" It depends on if you know her like as a friend or if she just someone at school or something like that. If you know her already it is a little easier, but if you don't it is also alot of fun to get to know her.
As far as a girlfriend you just have to date and let it go from there. If it works for the both of you, then you may wanna be Boyfriend-Girlfriend. Good luck.

First, you need to ask yourself why you want a girlfriend really badly.
Two, get to know some girls. Socialize. Hang out with them. Then you'll know if you want to be with a girl or not. Then tell her. You can't get into a relationship if you do nothing.

U should have confidence and don't try too hard!
Play around with the girl u like and if she plays hard to get then she likes u!
