Yes, she is under age and according to law, she cannot consent to sexual intercourse. If her parents find out, you could be arrested and charged with criminal sexual conduct-3rd degree, a 15 year felony, at least in Michigan it is.

Yes it is illegal not to mention immoral. What is an 18 year old doing with a 15 year old in the first place? If the parents of the 15 year old catch wind of it or suspect it you are looking at statutory rape and prison time. You will also have to register as a sex offender and trust me for 5 minutes of pleasure will cost you 50 years of heartache.

At 18 you are not a "boy", you are considered an adult. At 15 the "girl" is considered a child. If you get together sexually, I hope you are ready to be a Registered Sex Offender. Is that little thing worth it? Probably not. Find a "girl" your age.

it depends on the state. some states treat 15 year olds as having reached the age of majority (meaning that they have the ability to give consent), but others set the age higher

Yes, in most states it is considered statutory rape. Even if her parents consent to your union, the State can get involved and charge you. It is also correct that if you are charged and found guilty, you would be labeled as a sexual predator and would retain that label for the rest of your life.

it depends on the age of consent of where you live. If you live in the US where it's 18, then ,yes it would be illegal.
