Take the internal temp. If it is 160ºF, it's done.

You can also ppierce it deeply and see if the juices run clear. If so, it's done. If cloudy juice, it's still raw inside. But a thermometer is best.

you need to get a meat thermometer and take the internal temperature and it needs to be 165 degrees Fahrenheit, anything lower and it is not cooked or safe to eat.
