Think about why you are failing in the first place. Realize that you are capable of getting a much higher grade. Think about your future. What type of job will you be able to get if you don't get your high school diploma? You don't just have this weekend. You have the rest of your life. The choices that you make now will affect you in the future. Happy studying. See ya later future millionaire!

First of all, as a teacher, I have to tell you that your screen name, "Not_To_Good" speaks volumes about where your priorities lie! (It's "too," not "to.")

Anyway, the first thing you need to do is get off the computer and look for the missing assignments. If you can't find them, either find a friend or call your teacher(s) at home and ask. I would much rather have a student call me on the weekend and ask for help, rather than show up Monday morning with nothing done. Making excuses won't work. And if you need help, ask for it.

It sounds to me like you need to start making schoolwork a priority. Get off the computer -- and turn off the TV. I know any teacher or parent would give you the same advice!

Now! Get busy!!!

Waz up I'm in 9th grade too. When you do homework concentrate on the homework only. dont be talking to your friends on the phone. make sure you understand your homework. don't just be doing it to get it over with. (i should be taking my own advice) do as much extra credit as possible. ask your teachers what you can do to raise your grade. review for tests as much as you need to but only the stuff your not sure about. if you do know it make sure you know it well. hope this helps.

If you have a smart friend who can help you with homework, I always find that it's easier to do homework with a friend ( as long as the friend understands that the homework NEEDS to be done)
Ask your parents and friends to hold you accountable.
Do homework in your classrooms at lunch.
Tell your teachers that you really want to bring up your grades. Teachers are there to help you and if you show initiative and responsibility, they will help you.
Good luck!

well failing four classes would be MY motivation. And shouldn't you be working instead of being here.
