ok so for the past how ever long i havn't been intersted in dating or havn't found anyone i like but i have, she has just broken up with this other guy and i don't know how long to leave it before i ask her out? even then i have no idea how to ask her out? help? anyone?

ask her out maybe a couple of days after she's broken up with the guy, unless it was really serious--don't leave any time for her to start getting with other guys. IF it was SERIOUS though, like they were together for a year, you might want to wait 2 weeks.
and you should just ask her out by saying 'hey (girl's name), do you want to watch a movie on friday?" and just make it causual, at least for the first date.

Okay, well you should wait at LEAST 2 weeka before asking her out,b ut first, find out how long she and her boyfriend were going out, if it was for 3 months or more, give her about a month or even longer, but if its 1-2 months then about 2 weeks should do.
To ask her out, become friendly with her, be her friend, someone she can trust, but have a flirty edge, and to ask her out, do just that, while in the hall or somewhere, whisper into her ear asking her to go out with you, girls think this is REALLY sweet- (personal experience) Then, be respectful, but protective! hope this helps!!!

Give her a little time to heal from the pain of a break up, because there isn't a big possibility she'll say yes right now unless she's using you. Wait around a week then get some chocolate and ask.

Ahh yes, the rebound. You need to be subtle...just ask her out, but act like you didn't know she broke up recently. Then if she tells you she has broken up, just ask her if there is anything you can do. Offer her a shoulder to cry on. If she doesn't tell you about her breakup, just pretend you don't have a clue (I know, it's hard for a guy to do that).

Well, if she's in a bad mood from breaking up with her boyfriend, ask her out and she'll feel better. If she turns you down, just give it some time, but don't wait too long or she'll be taken again.
