tomorrow I am suppose to start a beginning skiing class that last 4 sessions, how taxing is it to ski with a cold? I have never skiied before. Would I be better off not going and trying to catch up next session?

Depending on how bad your cold is, you might be fine. I was skiing with a cold recently, and once I got out on the slopes I was fine. Just keep some tissues and cough drops in your pocket. You could always let your lesson instructor know that you don't feel 100%, just to give them a fair warning. Good luck! Happy skiing!

It depends on how bad your cold is, but if you feel somewhat OK, going skiing could be good for you.

It makes you sweat, you might sweat out your cold and most ski resorts have kleenex boxes at the lift.
