I suffered from the same symptoms and more. I literally was becoming afraid of everything and had a hard time leaving my house. I spent a lot of money seeing a psychologist. He taught me to recognize my symptoms and figure out what I was doing at the time the came on and what I was thinking. I would write them down. It will lead you to a patttern of tiggers. He said most of panic and anxiety comes from the feeling of being trapped and we are just wired differently. That was 10 years ago and still to this day when I feel trapped I always have to assure myself I have a choice. It may not be the choice I want to make, but always there is a choice and I can get out of an uncomfortable situation. Breathing is also a way I defuse panic attacks. I take a big deep belly breath on a 4 count I hold it for a four count and I let it out on a 4 count and then hold for another 4 count. I also relax my shoulders as I am doing this.
This may sound simple, but it does work. It takes time to figure out what triggers your panic attacks, and it takes time to master the breathing technique, but once you do instead of a panic attack lasting for what seems forever it only last seconds. You will be able to control them and not them controlling you.
I hope my experience helps you.

I have, and all the same feelings but I have actually ran away...very embarrasing by the way. It made me realize that I had not been to a doctor in a long time, neither on a very stressful state which as the one I was which was what caused my panick attack. Get a hold of yourself at first, I know its hard but ignore everything that can send you that feeling if you have already tried this go to a therapist than to a doctor, he will prescribe you medicines that will avoid them.

I also get very bad panic attacks and feel nervous all the time. I had a very hard time going to the doctors, and I also put it off as long as I could. It's hard to tell a doctor about some things... but I am glad that I did. I wrote a list, and handed it to her insetad of having to say a lot of it aloud.
I am very glad that I did.. as I never knew what it was to feel normal :)

I don't know whether I've had anxiety or panic attacks but I have an anxiety disorder so I might have. I have felt like that before. Not EXACTLY like that, but close. Don't worry, I'm sure you're not the only one out there.

I absolutely know what you are going through. I have been there. Counseling, volunteering, meditation and yoga helped me overcome it.
What I do when I have such an attack, I have conditioned my mind to breath deep, if you have a restroom close by, just excuse yourself and start deep breathing and tell yourself mentally, you are fine and no one is judging you etc. Give positive feedback to yourself. Practice this every single time. I am sure you will be fine because I am fine now.
Volunteering, exercising and relaxation techniques are really important. They are lifesavers for us.
I have total faith in you that you will accomplish this. Good luck dear

Hi! i use to have these. they are soooooooo scary--had all of the symptoms you are describing---once while DRIVING of all things.
One thing that helped me is realizing what was going on AS SOON as the first symptom crept in. Then I took control of the situation with myself and said "you are ok, this will pass, you are having a panic attack". I did not allow the situation to escalate. The attacks gradually went away. If you need quicker help, try exercise, therapy, or an SSRI. You MUST be able to tell yourself that you are ok!

yep i have it all the time
you need to breathe through them
get fresh air
and a cold glas of water to settle yourself works for me
what you might need to do is visit a doctor regular and unknown causes of panic attacks are worth a visit
