For some it means never again for them. They could care less if it happens to someone else. For the real Jews, it means never again for anyone. My best friends are real Jews. They love their neighbors as themselves.
Many Jews who don't live in Israel couldn't believe what is really happening there.
Like other groups, they don't want to dirty up their minds with the facts. They are like all groups, containing the best and the worst elements.
Many of the Jews who live in Israel are appalled at what is happening to the Palestinians if they know about it.
I am no more critical of Jews than of any other group so get that antisemite chip off your shoulder. Besides that European Jews (in the majority and making all the noise) come from the Khazzars, the Ashkenazi, who converted and aren't semites at all.

It's all correct. The relationship between the German government and the Israeli government is fine--West Germany made apologies to Israel. The Israelis and the Germans don't always get along, though, but that's a generalization.
And yes, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is about land.

The Israelites were driven out of the land starting at 70 A.D. when Rome attacked and burned Jerusalem. They became scattered throughout the world for 2000 years. The Turks held onto Palestine for 1100 years and were allies to the Germans in WWI.General Allenby of England ran them out in that war.Britain then divided up the territory .The Palestinians were supposed to get an area near Jordan . After WWII they gave to the Jews, which is rightfully theirs. The king of Jordan slaughtered many Palestinians and drove them from his area to camps in Lebanon and the West Bank and to the west on the Gaza Strip(Old Philistine area)Now that Israel has caused the desert to "Bloom like a Rose" Everyone wants it now. There will be no peace until Jesus returns .He will I guarantee it.

What they mean is that it shall "never again" happen to anyone if they can help it. And the Palestinians have no reason to complain, they already have a Palestinian state, it is called Jordan. Also, the Palestinians have repeatedly said that Israel doesn't exist and are hoping to make that come true.

1. Yes, that phrase is about the Holocaust, and it is used by Jews around the world.
2. The Palestinians would like to instigate another holocaust if they could, and they hate the Jews because they developed the land like the varsity coming onto the court and kicking butt, after they let it deteriorate for thousands of years, not even inventing the wheel and probably standing around masturbating. Their main goal and skill in life is violence, and they teach it to their young children.

Not only the holocaust. The Jews made the mistake of submitting themselves to their opressors over and over again throughout the centuries. The extreme point was the holocaust. "Never again" meant they would never again submit to pressure.
