Looks better. why do you have sit ups under triceps though?
If you are already working on your stomahc with the tony littles dont do it again. Switch to something else, Your Back!
You need to add a back routine!
Understand that when you are doing weight training that you need to address the core muscles first. Your Back is a major core muscle. Doing back excercises also gives your body that awesome V shape.

Check out this link for Back workouts.
Its the only thing I think youre missin

So, according to this routine your working every single muscle group, every day, and getting considerably less than 6 hours of rest per night?

Really, really, really bad idea here. First, you should space your body parts to day, say shoulders and traps one day, core next, then biceps and back, then legs, then chest and triceps, repeat. This method is never going to allow your muscles to heal, thus never build actual muscle or strength.

Second, get some sleep. Bodybuilders should be getting 8 hours a night with a cat nap, say 30 min, during the day. You need to rest up those muscles.

Especially at 15, your risking sever injury here. I don't suggest true building before 16 due to developmental issues, but if you must, relax, and train smart. Your trying to speed read bodybuilding when you should be studying every word.

3 workouts per day? My first suggestion is to buy a bodybuilding book.
