Actually, it is true. Products like butter do have a small percentage of trans fat. Note: SMALL percentage. It is still bad, but as part of a balanced diet, the effects are negligible. We're not talking deep-fried Oreos level. Link to the American Heart Association site on Trans Fat is below.

That isn't true. Trans fat is produced in chemically altered and processed foods. It is true though that Saturated fat exists in animal products. Chicken has very little saturated fat, as well as turkey, but products from cows and pigs have a lot of saturated fat.
