Christ looked like what he was : a dark Middle Eastern man of Jewish descent.
If you look at paintings of Jesus that pre-date the Protestant Reformation , he was often painted as a darker person of either Mediterranean or Middle Eastern origins
Only in recent history has Jesus been portrayed with Germanic [ white ] features.
I find it amazing that " Christians " wholeheartedly accept an image of Jesus that looks like a portrait of John Lennon circa 1968.
It is almost as if there is a need by the Protestant denominations to take the Jew out of Jesus.
Doing that would of course allow guilt -free anti-semitism.

They ran a story on this a few years ago, and they came up with Jesus having a swarthy complexion, dark hair, and dark eyes, quite unlike the blonde, blue-eyed Jesus that has become so commonplace.
Frankly though, you can envision Him any way you want, so long as your devotion is steadfast and your faith is pure, at least that's what I believe.

He would have had almond skin. Beutiful and even. He would have had dark hair, brunette probably. Brown eyes too. He was hebrew. So, he would look Arabian. Sorry, no blue eyes and no blonde hair.

Since his place of birth was the Middle East, I'd assume Middle Eastern. I wasn't there, of course.
