It's the book that is supposed to tell you how to clear up your skin. I was just wondering, before i bought the book, if it was really helpful.

I tried it. It did not work for me at all. What a waste of money, for me anyway. Essentially, the program entails that all you eat for 3 days is peeled Red Delicious brand of apples, and drink plenty of water. Every night you're supposed to give yourself an enema. You also have to rub castor oil on your face each night. All this stuff is supposed to flush your system of the toxins in your body that is creating your acne.

It's a good premise, that toxicity builds up in your system, thereby overtaxing your liver which results in your skin having to expel the toxins in the form of acne but this guy's method for removing toxin buildup just didn't work with me.

I have to admit though I didn't follow the program exactly, couldn't really convince myself to do the enema part -that kind of grossed me out.

Not really. It made my face breakout more and increased my inflammation. I reccomend Joeseoph Skin Care Acne Kit. I've only had it for about a week, and I can totally see a difference on my face!:
