Take her in to see your veterinarian. There is an eye ointment that contains an antihistamine to help relieve the itching. Dust could be what's bothering her eyes so an air purifier or more frequent vacuuming and dusting might also help. Your vet can test what she's allergic to. Unfortunately the allergies will only get worse with age. My dog is 3 going on 4 years old and her allergies started acting up when she was about 2 years old and she's now on a monthly allergy vaccine. Her's started with her eyes and then I noticed she started licking her paws and belly a lot. So keep an eye on your dog to see if it progresses like this too because your vet will probably ask. Hope this helps.

take your dog to the vet, that what they get paid for, to know about eye allergies.

Take her to the vet. Do you have a doggie opthalmologist in your town? You can try Benedryl, but do take your dog to the vet.

Simple solution to this is giving your dog benadryl. Yes, it's perfectly fine for dogs, and I'm sure that's what your vet will suggest.
