You will always be a sinner as long as you are in the human flesh. You are to ask forgiveness and repent (make and honest effort to stop the offending action). You also want to continue trying to learn more about God's will for you by learning his Word.

I believe that once a person exercises saving faith in Jesus Christ, he or she is forever in the family of God. God never kicks anyone our of his forever family. A number of Scripture passages support this view. For example, in 1 Corinthians 12:13 we are told that at the moment of salvation the Holy Spirit places us in the body of Christ. Once we are infused into the body of Christ, we are never excised from the body. In fact, Ephesians 1:12 and 4:30 indicate that at the moment of believing in Jesus Christ for salvation, we are permanently "sealed" by the Holy Spirit. At that point, we are God's everlasting property. That seal guarantees that we'll make it to heaven.
Moreover, we read in John 10:28-30 that it is the Father's purpose to keep us secure despite anything that might happen once we have trusted in Christ. Nothing can snatch us out of His hands. God's plans cannot be thwarted (Isaiah 14:24). Further, Romans 8:29-30 portrays an unbroken chain that spans from the predestination of believers to their glorification in heaven.
Another fact we need to keep in mind is that Christ regularly prays for each Christian (Hewbews 7:25). With Jesus interceding for us, we are sucure. (His prayers are always answered!)
Of course, the fact that a believer is secure in his salvation does not mean he is free to sin. If the Christian sins and remains in that sin, Scripture says that God will discipline him or her just as a father disciplines his children (see Hebrews 12:7-11).

It's true that everything you do is being recorded, (Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, great and small alike, standing before the throne. Books were opened, and then another book was opened, the book of the living. The dead were judged according to what they had done, as recorded in the books.), but God doesn't look at individual sins. He looks at your heart, or intentions, and judges you based on weather you are trying to obey Him or rejecting Him by living according to your own rules. The way to deal with any sin is to confess it and turn away from it, allowing God to restore you mentally and spiritually through reading His Word.

Some Christians believe you can loose your salvation. But, God didn't write your name in the book of life in pencil having to erase it every time you sin. It's written in with the permanent blood of Jesus. You would have to be getting "born again" many times a day if you could loose your salvation because we all sin and fall short of the glory of God. You don't become perfect when you become saved.

If you have believe and trusted that the Lord Jesus Christ died for your sins then the Holy Spirit baptized you into the body of Christ. 1 Corinthians 12: 13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. The Holy Spirit seals you unto the day of redemption. Ephesians 4: 30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. The Holy Spirit cuts your soul away from your body. Colossians 2: 11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: How could you ever loose your salvation if God did it all for you?

As long as you have truly accepted Christ as your savior & give your life to Him so that he may use you to do His good works. You are saved. Try to learn as much about sin, that way you will know when you are doing it. Just because you are "born again" doesn't stop you from being an imperfect human...It just means that you are covered, protected from eternal death by Christs Blood! Confess your sins daily in prayer. Reading your Bible will help you to understand... Start with the book of Romans! And try your local Christian bookstore, there are lots of great books that will explain the scriptures!

Once the Holy Spirit comes inside and starts His purifying and refining process that old sinful nature starts dropping off. We eventually get to where we hate sin in any form. We can still sin after salvation, but we are forgiven and we have the hope of the Holy Spirit seeing us through to meeting Jesus. What the Holy Spirit(Christ) starts in us, He is more than able to finish. And the Holy Spirit will raise me up in the rapture. He is capable of making me perfect and ready to meet Jesus. He is the great teacher, helper and comforter of the children of God.

I think it interesting that the scornful one got it right the first time.
"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from ALL unrighteousness."
What you don't understand is that salvation is a matter of a relationship with the Creator, not a set of things you do (which is what "religion" is about.) You are in a love relationship with Him; you love Him because He first loved you. You do what He wants for the same reason that you do what your spouse wants--whether or not you agree, you love your spouse and want to make your spouse happy. It is the same with God. If He asks you to do something, it is because He has given you the ability to do that things He asked. If you can't do it, that's because He hasn't asked you to do it.
So, no, salvation cannot be lost anymore than the God who saved you can be lost. "All the Father gives Me shall come to Me, and NO ONE shall take them out of My hand."
That "no one" includes yourself.

If you really believe ,you do not lose your salvation.First you are born into the family of Adam(by water of the womb),then if you accept Jesus you are born again by the Spirit of God,and you are a daughter of the King, sealed by the Holy Spirit.Just think of yourself as a parent. If your kid does something wrong does he lose his position in the family? No,especially if he sees his mistake and says he's sorry. If you are born again,it's because God drew you to Himself.Jesus said "All that the Father gives me ,I will in no wise cast out"
He also said" all that are mine are in the Fathers hands and no one is stronger than He."
Another way of looking at it is ,when we are born again we are completely washed, but,we still have to wash up occasionally.Read 1rst John it explains alot about sin and forgiveness.

Sin continues to live in our members after we are born again. Being born again means having the eyes of your understanding being enlightened so that you see what God's will is. There is a transformation by the renewing of our minds to the word of God, but the bible says that if we say we have no sin we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. Conversion is a process and Christianity is a daily walk of putting the deeds of the flesh to death and being conformed to the image of Jesus Christ.
