Not all Christians but many of them.
Funny how they preach of love and humility
and yet they can be so hateful and arrogant.

My answer would be no, to your question of murder.

By the way I like your sn. I suffer from gnosticism, myself. I like to mystify folks with the possibility of historical intervention of society and culture on the belief processes. I figure everywhere people go they carry their core beliefs and influences with them.

One question I have is about the Beginning. There is no special mention of the "Land of Nod", until Cain was thrown out of the garden. Not even mentioned as an afterthought to the Beginning. It was there so Cain can dwell there?

Sorry approximately your Dad. New converts are constantly the worst, only like reformed alcoholics or people who stop smoking. yet, sure in accordance to Christianity, all of us "sins". No exceptions. besides the secular regulation, which applies to everyone, Christians have all their very own regulations which you "sin" once you ruin those. For starters, there is swearing, alcohol (in some sects), any variety of intercourse exterior marriage, Mormons do no longer drink, smoke, or use caffeine (even however i've got properly-known Mormons that do all 3) and so on. although, as spoke of, ingesting a hamburger is a "sin" against the Hindu "gods" and that i'm specific Hindus do issues that are "sins" against the Christian "god". Atheists and agnostics like myself won't be able to "sin" by way of fact there is not any shown "god" to "sin" against. in case you won't be able to locate any cogent reason to have self assurance in a "god", how are you able to "sin"? advantages on your adventure!

Oh please ... using your logic since Hitler was male and murdered millions all males are murderers and since Mother Teresa fed the poor and hungry all women do this. Of course Mother Teresa was a Christian but you won't use her as your example.

Quit looking for an excuse to be judgemental and ignorant towards a whole segment of society.

If there's salt in the sugar bowl ... does that make it sugar?
Jesus told a story of people that called themselves "wheat" but were really "weeds".
Just because a person says they are Christians (living, doing, speaking and being just like Jesus) doesn't mean Jesus knows who they are!

No that's not what Christianity is, you can't just base your idea of Christianity by what one person says, who probably isn't even one. Christianity is believing that Jesus Christ died on the cross to save your sins, so that you can go and live in heaven with him, if you believe.

.That is NOT what Christianity is! Whoever sent that answer to you must have been an atheist or something please don't take his answer for a Christian's answer. Christianity is about following in Christ footsteps and spreading The Gospel to the world it's about love not the hatred that this person has shown you. please accept my apologies

No it isn't. Is the muslim religion about killing others in suicide bombings? Are all jews power and money hungry? Don't judge the mass by the acts of a few.

I assure you that this is NOT what Christianity is about.

Whoever said that is about as far from Christian as one could get.

Please accept my apologies on behalf of this person.
