how can I talk to this boy I like I know him and have talked to him before but now it seems so hard I just dont know what to say I have nothing to say

Just start by talking casually. You know, stuff like "Mr. Willis' class was killer yesterday!", or "The weather's been nuts lately, you think it will snow like they said?"
Just speak normally, get to know him better. Then when the time is right bring up the fact that you've taken an interest in him.

Talk about something that isn't real personal to start. Like sports or tv or movies, the weather, whatever. Once you're comfortable talking about these type of subjects you'll be able to talk about more personal stuff.

Ask if he wants to some over 'hang out' with you and watch tv or something, or play videogames. No self respecting man or boy refuses video games. :-)
