offer a deal stay 3 nights get the fourth half off or is there skiing? make a skier's special. Give them like 5 dollars off a night and then offer a free meal after there 3rd night or 3rd stay within the promotional period you can keep track on there folio's with little star stickers?? We got a lot of business this way in a little hotel i worked in...

Loving a couple of the answers....If only they knew where the Midlands were!!! skiing...tho i guess there's always Tamworth!! Seriously tho, swingers weekends supposedly make a lot of money, just depends on whether you want to host that type of event.....

business is low at the moment,its the time of year.you could put swingers etc in your vacant rooms like other people say,but is it worth it?being disturbed at all hours,disturbing others guests etc,we want nice guests,not a whore house, come on people dont you want to go to alton towers etc?
