Is there anyway to remove or lighten these, I didnt get much sleep last night and im going to a party soon

There are creams, also there is a make up trick you can try..
Put a hint of red make up on the dark area. It takes away from the blackish blueish tone, then apply your make up over it. It worked great for me. =D

Black lines under eyes can be caused by allergies. Try claritin to see if they don't clear up.
