Ok, i have finaly goten over the girl i loved i had no choice (check my other questions) but what is my next step,i kinda liker her best friend so...whats my next move ???

I never went out with the girl i loved i aksed her and she said no and i just never got over her

"Move" makes it sound like a game. This is no game, this is your life.
If you never dated the girl you had feelings for, then it is not out of place to ask her friend out. But you should know that friends talk and the girl that said NO may have already spoken to her friend about you, so be prepared for the worst.
It sounds to me like you should first just learn to talk to girls. Not trying to date one, just learn to talk with them. It may be hard to believe, but girls are people too. They often think and act very differently than guys do. You need to learn the differences.
Once you feel comfortable talking to girls, then start thinking about dating. Just remember that dating is how most people learn about human relationships. If you are confused now and still do not know how to talk with girls then you will only get more confused later.

I suspect you are one of these people who becomes too attached, too quickly. You don't need one girlfriend. You need five or six. Just have fun, and practice not getting so attached. In time, you will be ready to settle down with one, without it turning into a problem.

ooo im sorry but dont go for her bff if you do shellreject you because shell know you asked her bff out before and the other girl will think your trying to make her jealouse, find someone who will like you for you and dont fall in love to easy to help from breaking your heart. good luck =)

love is deep and it lasts a life time
to have it you know
to let it go it hurts a life time
to want to try and find that love again
look in yourself deep in yourself and know how to love is important as in who to love~
So be brave and explore "DATING" !

Don't do it. Most of us women have a code against dating or doing anything with our friend's boyfriends ( and if you don't you should), and you'll just make a fool of yourself.
