If you're masturbating compulsively you're spending too much time focusing on physical stimulation and have too much time to yourself. Try to get more of a social life, get a hobbie, spend more time with friends. Basically you have to occupy your time and avoid the usual stimuli to have a life outside of this. It's going to be hard but what is the alternative?
