The christians has Jesus - a holey man demonstrating the power of god thru his miracles

The Buddist had Buddah - a holey man demonstrating the power of god thru his miracles

The Hindu's had their holely man

The Egypticians had their holely men thru history

It seems god shows his love and teachings in a way that will appeal to us the most and in a way that is supportive of our culture.

Why does modern christianity not support gods expression thru other belief systems? Why is it superior?

Jesus was the creation of god in gods own image - but was not god himself. His life was demonstrative of what is contained in each of us - the power & beauty of god.

If Buddah & the other saints of our modern & ancient history lead their cultures thru a revolution that bought about positive change - then to me that is the works & teachings of god. Each one of those saints taught people to love, and be connected to a spiritual centre. Is this not gods hand writting?

Christianity does not support gods through other beliefs, because there is only one God. God is very creative- He created the heavens the earth and all that is in it , no one else could do that. Jesus was and is Holy- but He did something that the other so called gods could never do= save us from sin by dying on the cross and then rise again, so that we can live eternally with Him. Where does it say even in the Old Testament that God allows any other god before Him? NO WHERE

What were the miracles of Buhdda? He was a great philosopher and never claimed to be a god or a savior.

Likewise, Hindus do not have a savior. They must keep going through cyles of birth and death until they become perfect on their own.

Egyptians: we know little about them but they had many gods none of who claimed to save anyone.

Jesus was promised for thousands of years before He came into the world. The promise was that He would save the people of the world. He came and claimed this of Himself; that He was our savior. He was perfectly obient to the the Law of the Father in heaven and died with the punishment for our sins on Himself even as He declared.

That is why we have sought Him ...and have found that He is still working on our behalf to give us a great life and an eternal life with God.

Matt 17:22-23

22 When they came together in Galilee, he said to them, "The Son of Man is going to be betrayed into the hands of men. 23 They will kill him, and on the third day he will be raised to life." And the disciples were filled with grief.
(from New International Version)

Matt 19:28-30

28 Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, at the renewal of all things, when the Son of Man sits on his glorious throne, you who have followed me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. 29 And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life. 30 But many who are first will be last, and many who are last will be first.
(from New International Version)

Matt 20:18-19
18 "We are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and the teachers of the law. They will condemn him to death 19 and will turn him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged and crucified. On the third day he will be raised to life!"
(from New International Version)

Christians have Jesus...holy man, that's true
Buddist had Buddah...the Buddha is "Siddhartha Gautama" the prophet (yees, holy man) of Buddhism. Buddhist believe in more than one gods, so why should Christians support it, when they know there is only one god?
Hinduism had more than one "holy man" they had a group, people divided in societies that represents their gods (its polytheistic)
Egyptians...how should i know about them...their religion is a mixed culture. and why should different religions interfere with other religions, it would just simply cause trouble. christian would not interfere with the other religions because they all have different beliefs. enough said?

Because our Holy Man Jesus Christ is God in the flesh who came to die for our sins so we can have eternal life. Our God is the only True God.

Pretty darn creative. He created us and look at all the stuff we created. It all comes from one source. We were created in Gods image so we have creative properties about us. DVD, PlayStation and coming soon Androids! We are going to create ourselves to death.
