I'm trying to burn a copy of this program my freind has, but am puzzled on how to do it.

If they have it installed, you have to repackage it to make a copy. it's a pain in the neck, but can be done. If you're actually asking how to make a copy of the game disc, then download alcohol 120%, it'll copy most game discs. there are a few that won't work properly after wards, but you can always get "no-cd cracks" for them

save the disc as a ISO
then burn the ISO

Just copy. Totally illegal to do, unless you are doing it as a backup
