i would try rubbing it with a pumice stone, or bath & body works has a foot scrub i really like called toe the line that really helped get rid of my calluses

also, if the calluss doesn't go away and it doesn't stop hurting i would go to a doctor or a foot specialist

good luck!

soak it in water till its soft and then cut it off with a razor blade. do it in layers so you don't go to deep and slice your foot open. also make sure the blade is sterile and put some antiseptic on your foot when done just in case.

if your brave, you can trim it down with a razor blade, I'm a wuss, I use the black nail files for acrylic nails, they sand callouses right down. My husband prefers metal foot files that sorta grate the excess skin off (gross)

If it feels like you are walking on a rock, it is probably a plantar wart.
