a guy once told me that since almost all men will say anything to get a girl to go to bed with him.....the smartest thing u can do is to wait 3 months before u have sex with him for the first time...if in those 3 months he hasnt been with anyone else and he still hangs around u...then it means hes a good guy and truly cares about u.....if uve already had sex then the only way of knowing whether he truly does love u is by his actions.....is he always there for u even when u dont ask? does he care about ur opinion and ur feelings? etc....u have to take notice on what he does and not so much on wat he says.....

You know by their actions, the way they treat you - should be with respect and the way they talk to you and about you.
If any of this is missing - I would say it's just words.
There's an old saying "actions speak louder than words."
