I believe the most tolerant path is New Thought/New Age. There is absolutely no judging and you get to follow whatever you feels right to you. There are no set rules or leaders except for what is in your heart. New Age tells you to follow whatever feels correct for you. If you wish to study all religions and take little bits and pieces and just follow what you deem as correct, then do so. Also, it is a common practice amongst New Age to practice reverence for all life and to only love. If someone wrongs you, look at the world through their eyes and simply show compassion.
I have never met one New Age person who has judged me. In fact, when I am in a group of other New Age people, I feel so confident that I can completely open my heart like a book and let all my feelings spill out. There has never been an intense argument. If the New Agers I hang out with disagree, we just agree to disagree. After all, not every path is going to be correct for everyone else. :)

In root Doctrine most religions are extremely tolerant. Unfortunately followers are not as so.
If the question is in the name of what faith has the least violence occurred well, I have to work on that one but there are a number of small cults here in Montana that I don't think have hurt anyone. At least not in the name of their faith.
If the question is one of doctrinal tolerance, then I can't agree with Buddhism because there are records of political executions of Buddhists for a departure or violation of their faith. Not near as many as are on record for Christianity but they have occurred.
I struggle with the question because while religious doctrine teaches love, harmony and forgiveness, Man's application of such teaching has most always failed. I am sure there must be somewhere a faith that is either to young or small, or just unknown enough to not have been screwed up by the fallacy of it followers but I can't think of any at the moment. Sad thought. This is one of the largest reasons non believer's find it so easy to doubt! Man is by nature of his temporal existence imperfect.

People are "tolerant" or "intolerant" no matter WHAT religion they practice. I've found arrogant, intolerant Buddhists in this world as in any religion. It's what people DO with religion that matters... if they use it as a means to cultivate altruistic intent and wisdom it's a good thing. I've learned much from Muslims, Catholics, etc. I've BECOME Buddhist because the Dharma teaches what I need (emphasis on "I") to become a better person, more altruistic and of more benefit to all sentient beings.

Unfortunately, the most tolerant religion isn't the religion, or spiritual faith, that we should be following (which is a very intolerant religion). But, I'd have to agree it's Buddhism.

The "most" tolerant religion is no religion.
Because their is a person undoubtably out their who hates Buddhism. Just as much as their are people who hate every other religion.

Gosh, that's happy of you. Tell that to the Christians in Burma being kidnapped, killed, and maimed by Buddhists. Sorry, dude, your religion hasn't cornered the market on nice.
Christianity makes clear that we judge ourselves, and sometimes members in our fellowship who have fallen into sin and will not repent. Christianity also makes clear that we do NOT judge non-Christians. The problem is that our warning you to flee the wrath that is coming is a warning that you hear as judgment. It's not. It's a statement that judgment will happen, and God will do it. That's all.
Those folk behind the inquisition--those were, as we used to say ourselves in parochial school, Catholic, not Christian.
But keep in mind that the Crusades was a response to wars that the Moslems started, much like right now.

Coptic/Eastern Orthodox Christianity - Perfectly peaceful history.
Buddhism - Perfectly peaceful history, the only religion you can have while practicing another religion.
Bahaism - The only religion that calls for complete gender equality, a universal government, legal and education system, and the unity of all religions.

Atheism's not a religion, but...
Buddhism / Wicca / Paganism all seem to have in common not wanting to actually hurt either believers or other people.
