Recently an annoying little dog from somewhere up the street from me, has been barking (yapping) during the middle of the night, disturbing my sleep. What is annoying is that the dog usually does it around my house, in the font or back. I don't even know what this mongrel looks like, or where it is from but I surely would like to know what I should do?

you should keep ur lights on so that the dog wont be tempted to come to your house if that doesnt work the dog is dum as hex

we live in a very small town so we called the police since it was the middle of the night like you(2 AM) and animal control doesn't work overtime ..they came, chased the dog and followed it home, then woke up it's owner's household, at first they said it wasn't their dog so the cops said they would haul it off and hold it in a kennel till the animal control started in the morning..LOL.......they were ticketed for the dog not being on a leash...no city tags(dogs have to be registered here) and no rabies tag and disturbing the peace....we haven't seen or heard the dog in months now

If you know who the owner is just ask them to PLEASE keep their dog in their hous yard or anywhere where the dog will not disturb you if you have no idea who the owner is .... just call animal control they may have some good things you can do or they can come get the dog so it will leave u alone or
sleep with earplugs in your ears:)

Pour pickle juice around the perimeter of your property. Not from the garlic ones.

if u noe the owner then try to reson with him/her
if u dont then call the pound (if it bothers u that much)
