Mos likely not! Because of conservation, and rightfully so, even tourism is controlled and restricted because of the fragile habitat of the archipelago. However, if you state your case as a convincing research project for the good of the fauna and flora, you may just get lucky. It is worth the try but I would not count on it unless you are highly connected and member of National Geographic, or the like.
