Yes - they're very good value for an economy carrier - much bigger legroom than many of their rivals, and a free goodie bag - and good movies too. I would recommend them.

Just got back from Japan they are naff Flight entertainment was broken.
They ran out of food on a 12 hour flight.
Cabin crew were short of staff which they admitted.
We complained and have been given an upgrade.
However they are more reliable than BA who keep going on strike.
Singapore Air are the best.
Also leg room was not great and the plane had an end as a kitchen which made it difficult to exercise your legs so you went to the end of the aisle and turned around squeezing past someone else doing the same on a Jumbo you can do a complete circle and stand at the back and stretch.
And we was on a new plane when we complained to the crew about entertainment she said you are lucky on the flight from heathrow to narita ALL the planes entertainment was not working !!

I have not flown them, but my clients request Virgin Atlantic more than any other airline. They all rave about them. I wouldnt hesitate to fly them.

I flow from London to New York and it was great. It was a long flight so I was happy having more space for my feet than in usually planes. They also have a free goody bag and every seat has their own tv were you can pic movies or tv shows

Its the comparable cruddy journey you have on all airlines; seats close jointly, nutrition undesirable, team rushed and impolite. some airlines nevertheless grant good provider in employer and familiar classification, yet even they are getting fewer. in basic terms manage it like a protracted bus journey and look ahead to the large holiday you are going to have contained in the U.ok.

I flew with them around 1996, they were really good - easily the best transatlantic flight I've had.
You get free bedsocks and can play Tetris with your chair.
