My boyfriend lives in Florida and I'm in Oklahoma. We've been together now for over 8 months. When he lived in OK we didn't fight all that often. Now that he moved we fight ALL the time. He often says that its over and we can't be together any more. I say it too. I really hate fighting with him but he's so far away and I almost never see him. When we do break up we always get back together the same day. We can't help not talking to each other. I love him. He supposed to start coming to see me more often. Is all of this worth it? Is there any advice on how to keep the fighting and threatening of breaking up to a minimal?

It all depends on if both of y'all truely love eachother. If you do, then nothing will get in the way of your relationship, not even the distance. It can be very hard being so far away from him and that itself can cause tension between the both of y'all. Try to see eachother on webcam as much as possible. It really does help. It sounds like with the fighting, its easier to fight on the phone, rather than in person. If y'all keep breaking up and making up, you should try and stop it. That itself can break a relationship. Just talk to him, see what both of y'all want as far as a life together, then go from there. Love has no boundries, whether it be distance or whatever. I wish ya the best!

It looks like if you have a really big problem in your relationship right now!!! Long distance relationships don't usually work because you can't see or kiss or do anything with your lover, but if you really love your boyfriend then maybe the two of you should just stop all the fighting and try to find an answer to all your problems. I'm not telling you to solve all your problems in one day, you should try and talk about one problem at a time. If it doesn't work out then just give each other a brake and meet new people and after a while get back and see if it works, if it doesn't then I'm sure that you can find someone new in your town.
GOOD LUCK AND HOPEFULLY EVERYTHING WORKS OUT!!!

Follow your heart. If you really love him you will deal with it. To keep the fighting to a minimal try talking to him a lot but just about how much you love him and stuff.

you should break up for good. if you fight and then get back together than you dont have a serious relationship. find yourself someone close to you and forget him. good luck.
