No and yes.
I do not think that Catholic doctrine offends God. We have been pondering our beliefs for almost two thousand year under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Individual Catholics, like all sinners, may offend God. But God has made it very clear that He (or She) wants us to come back to Him as soon as we come to our senses.
God's revelation has told us that we are created in God's image, have free will and a conscience, and, unlike the other animals, are expected to behave accordingly.
As part of our free will, God has given us the choice to spend eternity with Him in heaven, or without Him in hell. He respects our free will enough to stand by our decision.
With love in Christ.

Well the whole point is that every human, no matter what they are born or follow for a religion, as long as they are alive they have opportunity to embrace God, and that those going to hell will be those that do something awful to deserve it, and those who don't do much of anything, good or bad, just don't go anywhere, farnkly even hell sells more intersting than nothing. But if tehy refuse to accept God, or if they deliberately offend God, that is between them and God, God doesn't need anything from us as individuals other than devotion to Him.

GH - Humans are superior to animals and God gave man dominion over them. Jesus spoke more about hell than anyone and as far as Catholics offending God as your thinking goes - I don't see it happening.
I'm not catholic but I am a protestant Christian and my catholic friends believe as I do that the only way to heaven is by Jesus Christ our Savior. We disagree on a Pope and saints and statues and pergatory and praying to Mary, but when it comes to the fundamentals of Christianity which are the virgin birth, the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the trinity of the Godhead, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, divine creation,
substitutinary atonement, physical return and the existence of a literal heaven and hell...we agree.

Catholics, like any other faith, may offend God...for who really knows the mind of GOD except GOD...
I don't see how a Catholic can vote for abortion supporters...since baby killing is WRONG...Nor can I see how people concerned about animals can nevertheless support abortion. Stigma aside, why not give 9 months for a life?

I don't think you have to be Catholic to offend God. We as a race have been offending God since the time of Adam and Eve.

SWEET!!!
I think that the majority of Catholics are good people...but it frightens me when a religion brought forth by man and enforced by man has so much control and rule over the free world!! I thought we were supposed to study the Bible?? Alot of the traditions that are followed seem to have been created by large groups of Catholic men who allow parishioners to worship them as though they are God.
I was always taught to not worship Idol Gods... no man and no crosses and things of that nature.
But to answer your question...I don't think that your question is answerable. It far too debatable of a question...with too many varying degrees of truths...because we all have our own truth!!

God is not offended because she is not really interested. She has more important things to do, like creating and cleaning up the mess that everyone is making all over the universe's universe.

I'm pretty certain that 90+% of people on this earth (with or without religion) are offending God in some way.

God gave mankind "dominion over the earth". This means mankind is a higher order of life than plants and animals. - Genesis
With regards to hell, God does not send anyone to hell. People, during their earthly lives, choose hell. They do this by consciously choosing to separate themselves from God in this life. Those who choose to separate themselves from God in this life, will separate themselves from Him in the next. God is not banishing anyone to hell. People do it to themselves. The Gospels warn of "weeping and gnashing of teeth". That's what happens when souls realize the gravity of the mistake they have made - when it is too late to repent.
Bad upbringing? Sounds like you are attempting to excuse one person's bad behavior by pointing to other people's bad behavior. In such a circumstance, it's not unreasonable for the a bad upbringing to reduce one's culpabiltiy in sin - but is does not eliminate it entirely.
Sin is sin.
